About

Alice is an artist whose work explores the possibilities of documentary photographic practice. Her long term projects engage deeply with specific places or communities. She is interested in the camera as a starting point for interaction and negotiation, and continually questions her role as photographer and author.

Her first book ‘Nothing is Impossible Under the Sun’, was published in June by SOAP and launched at Street Level Photoworks. Recent information on the project here. She recently completed a residency at the Santa Fe Art Institute, New Mexico.
